Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The chapter proposes, within an introductory text to the sociology of inequalities, the analysis of the controversial link between migration and inequalities, a sociological vocabulary of ethnic diversity, reflections on the disadvantage of immigrants between training and work, as well as on governance between equality and diversity.
