Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The Justice of the Peace of Turin raises the question of constitutional legitimacy of the compensation criteria set for minor injuries in the art. 139 of the Private Insurance Code. Although the order is very articulated and full of ideas, it does not seem that the choices made in the Code for compensation due to the cc.dd. micropermanentius violate constitutional principles.
