Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution introduces the monographic number of the Legal Review of Labor and Social Security n. 3 of 2016, which the Authors edited, on the labor market and social security after the Jobs Act, and is aimed at highlighting the opportunities of the new discipline of employment and income support offered in Italy in a labor market where people they may find difficulties in the continuity of their situation as employed workers, and with a view to improving the implementation of the European flexicurity idea in Italy.
