Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The educational and didactic practice for "open sections" or "without sections" within nursery schools and kindergartens, reflects the collective construction of learning and knowledge, increases sensitivity towards others and self-awareness towards one's own lived. But how is it possible to move from "traditional" work to an opening that increases the co-responsibility between boys and girls and makes collaboration between colleagues more effective? A multi-year Research-Training with teachers of a kindergarten in the province of Parma to which the educators of the nursery school in the territory have joined has highlighted the educational and educational benefits achieved by boys and girls, the professional earnings of the educational staff and teacher, the (tiring) achievements of the parents but also the main resistance to change and, on the methodological front, the devices useful for operating a small didactic revolution.
