Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] the first objective of this work is more limited, although still challenging: to try to describe some communicative artifacts - languages, media and message artifacts - trying to delineate their interdependent relationships. The text aims to offer a contribution to those who want to appear in the vast world of artifacts: from words, to images, to complex and synesthetic messages created by words and images used simultaneously and in synergy, as in sophisticated banner ads, in comic books but also in the sketch drawn and then commented by the child to an adult. A contribution to enter the world of narrative artifacts, to observe their complex structure and dimension, the complex relationship between narration and emotional impact. The approach is that of the psychology of communication and the reference to the inter-active mind intends to describe the theoretical framework in which the analysis is inserted: an integrated approach in which the embodied, embodied relationship of the mind is considered on the one hand. physical experience. The mind goes beyond the skin because the physical experience is not only the skin, but the entire multimodal world that our perceptive system allows: sounds, images, gestures. Furthermore, on the other, and more properly the interactive mind extends beyond the skin, acting in and on reality through the cultural mediation proper to cognition. The action of the individual, or rather the inter-action with objects and subjects of reality, becomes the mediation between the physical and the mental of cognition, which organizes reality, and provides the possibility of creating new objects: languages, songs, texts , stories, works of art and infinite possible worlds. The passage that the average mind is from the multimodal complexity of the perceived experience to the synergy of intermodal messages. In them different signs are used to enhance and extend the boundaries of signification. Even the simplest lullaby that is sung to sleep a child is made up of words and sounds, endowed with a rhythm and musicality, but also with poetry and assonances, capable of creating, becoming social action, a more intense relationship, a taking oneself care, like a caress.
