Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This paper intends to address the issue of interpersonal relationships within the school context, with particular attention to the moments of encounter between the generations that live and make up the school itself. These interpersonal relationships will be analyzed from the psychological point of view thanks to the concepts of mentalization and reflective thinking, as this perspective offers interesting insights on the approach of each to their social world.
