Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The converging processes of mediatization of society make the acquisition and exercise of a "digital citizenship", understood as an extension of rights, increasingly urgent and citizenship duties to online environments and digital tools. The Covid 19 epidemic has made these dynamics even more dramatic. Thus, a public space is designed in which research, politics and education meet, each with their own specific roles: empirical research, aimed at returning scientific evidence that, beyond the often interested or uninformed social discourses, can guide in the reading of phenomena and in the definition of policies; the action of "policy making" in relation to the various aspects of regulation, awareness raising, the formation of digital citizenship; the training intervention capable of accompanying paths of maturation, empowerment and empowerment to the task of "living" - with intelligent forms of "kind" and "ecological" communication (Colombo, 2020) - the new digital environments.
