Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In the not too distant future, food shortages worldwide will mainly affect cereals. To compensate for this shortage, which could become chronic, the contribution and development of valid solutions in developing countries is essential. It is important to note that, observing the nutritional values relating to cereals typical of African agriculture, it emerges that they can constitute a valid alternative to those cultivated in Western countries.
