Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes critically the criminal and administrative discipline of market abuse, with particular attention to the multiplication profiles of the sanctioning measures, the type of repression against individuals and entities, as well as the frictions with certain guarantee principles of the penal system and procedural, in particular that of the prohibition of bis in idem.
