Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] A hundred years after the birth of Mario Luzi, the volume edited by Paola Baioni and Davide Savio recalls the figure of the great poet collecting a series of interventions that investigate the legacy, still alive and operating on Italian literature. It is above all the last season of the Lucian opera, the "paradisiacal" one, that has become the center of attention: under the banner of 'Phrases in the rising light', Luzi has developed a coherent research path, which aimed to approximate the "invisible foundations" of existence, according to the ways of interrogation and praise to God. In addition to hosting the contributions of the major scholars of Luzi, the volume is embellished by seven scattered writings, some unpublished, found by Stefano Verdino, and by reproduction of some papers of the notebook that contains the embryonic fragments of an epochal work, Nel magma, examined by Daniele Piccini. There is also a section of Testimonials, where the poets themselves tell Luzi: Milo De Angelis, Franco Loi, Guido Oldani, Silvio Ramat, Davide Rondoni and Cesare Viviani bring a tribute of friendship and gratitude to man and teacher, irreplaceable lighthouse in the troubled waters of the twentieth century.
