Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] EXPO MILAN 2015: “Feeding the planet. Energies for life ": a failed promise ?. To draw a design of civilization it is necessary to exploit and significantly relocate the enormous potential offered by the progress of science and technology in a new cultural platform that, resisting the new ideologies, is at the same time, 1) able to demystify matter and time of preparation and consumption of food, without falling into their nihilistic emptying, which eliminates all differences, making everything "trivial", and 2) combining the temporal and the eternal, the material and the spiritual, creating a "liturgy of the table" as a place - not the only one, but certainly one of the most important - of the human generation.
