Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The training of teachers and school management is a quality factor in school education. Everyone's and everyone's school has a varied and articulated group of needs and requests and it is the responsibility of teachers to meet these needs. For this to happen it is important that even those who run the school have reference values that guide their choices and proposals. Inclusive education obliges school organization to a greater commitment and to promote in it a higher level of sensitivity and adaptation to the needs of problem pupils and their families.
