Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The research that involved 32 medium-large Italian companies had two objectives. Firstly, to identify and classify the circumstances in which companies have raised the level of manageriality and entrepreneurship. Secondly, it has come into focus some conditions of effectiveness of these processes.
