Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] 1. The universal, that which belongs to all or to all, no longer reflects the whole of life and history, is no longer able to present itself as a slogan, as were for example liberté, egalité, fraternité. The different eras of European history have always ruled on a universal element, certainly declined in a different way, but today it seems that this is experiencing a moment of profound crisis, besieged by particularisms and identity relativisms that intend to celebrate the end of each transformation. Now this instability is further inclined in comparison with other cultures.
