Abstract
This essay is part of a collective work, devoted to describe the 50 years’ history of CISE, Centro Informazioni Studi ed Esperienze), one of the main Italian institution in the energetic field. It focuses the attention on the human resources management, describing the evolution of the industrial relations and the following passage to a human relations approach.
