Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Taking its cue from a contrast recently matured in the jurisprudence of the Council of State, the work analyzes the theme of the order that the administrative judge must follow in examining the grounds of appeal proposed by the appellant, especially in cases where he has explicitly graded his own censorship. Behind the apparent technicality, the theme actually involves the application to the administrative judgment of the fundamental procedural principles; moreover, it is peculiarly problematic with reference to those judgments which, although attributable to the appeal model, can also be concluded with further rulings with respect to the annulment of the disputed act.
