Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay traces the institutional context (reform of the statute, council fragmentation, form of government) and political (with attention to the decade 2000-2010) of the 2010 regional election campaign in Lombardy. The electoral results are illustrated and highlight the remarkable stability of the party system and the elements of continuity in the composition of the Council and the Executive.
