Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The author, starting from the analysis of an important ruling by the Court of Cassation, analyzes the issue of the criteria for evaluating the case evidence in the criminal trial, highlighting how, beyond the incomplete legislative formulation, the standard to be reached, for the purpose of pronouncing a conviction sentence, it is that of any reasonable doubt.
