Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The author, taking inspiration from some significant judgments of merit and legitimacy, examines the state of the doctrinal and jurisprudential debate on the subject of ascertaining the requirements of causality and guilt, in the context of the culpable crimes of events. Particular attention is paid to the issue of the probative rule and judgment of any reasonable doubt, introduced in 2006 in the criminal procedure code, through the reform of the art. 533 cpp
