Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The spread of the Coronavirus epidemic has profoundly affected the lives of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, health and social health workers. Healthcare professionals are facing the implications of a disease that has put them in serious difficulty, and which, at the same time, has exposed them to an increased risk of errors. The text deals with how art. 2236 of the Italian Civil Code it can prove to be a norm capable of giving voice to the serious difficulties that health workers have encountered in facing an unprecedented emergency, giving them, in cases of error marked by minor negligence, non-punishment.
