Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The paper analyzes the problems associated with the development of intangible resources through export consortia in SMEs coming from developing countries and oriented towards internationalization. The reference literature is very vast, as it is located at the crossroads of studies on: consortia and, more generally, business networks, the processes of development and internationalization of SMEs, problems related to competitiveness and management companies located in the poorest countries of the world, strategic choices, assets, structures and processes that favor the development of intangible resources (in particular, relational capital, skills and knowledge related to internationalization, reputation and image among foreign customers ). The objective of the work is to analyze whether and to what extent the export consortia contribute to increasing the endowment of intangible resources of the partner companies, with particular reference to the most relevant resources for the purposes of internationalization processes. In addition to assessing the importance of consortia for this purpose, the intent is also to investigate the process of generating, developing and strengthening these resources within the consortia themselves.
