Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Understanding discusses the topic of business growth alongside the concept of dimensional growth with development, that is, qualitative and relational growth. A distinction is made between different forms of growth and possible models and alternatives are highlighted. Business growth can use different tools. Among them, the different types of economies, both internal and external to the company, take on particular importance. The chapter analyzes the different economies which companies can have in shaping their strategic growth path; some of them are able to generate effects not only in terms of costs but also in terms of revenues
