Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Teaching constantly calls into question relational skills. However, particular attention is not always paid
to their development and strengthening. In addition to initial training, the teacher can increase them during
his career path to the extent that he assumes the responsibility to cultivate and refine them with care. The article,
in this regard, it proposes some lines of action: to recognize the different fields in which the teacher is now required to
interact with others; strengthen the fundamentals of the relationship; act with awareness and method.
