In this context, characterized by significant complexity, organizations with different core activities adopt collaborative forms to access / share resources, carry out activities and achieve a competitive advantage. At the same time, technology supports the development of cooperative relationships and generates the transformation of the health-housing network into a network of telemedicine-telehealth and teledomosis. Through technological convergence, as highlighted by Rosenberg (1976), industries considered completely distinct and independent can share some basic technologies. Technology increasingly takes on the function not only of a generator but of an enabler of co-evolution between organizations.
