Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume focuses on the translation of style into everyday practice, deepening the role of tools and objects that, within contexts and operating communities, allow the development of the planned activities, specifically of the training action oriented to a learning able to do to reflect on one's own working identity and to open paths of reconfiguration of one's own operational, professional and organizational experience. The concrete possibility of pursuing a personalized training proposal, capable of tailoring the fabric that packs the participants' professional habit, depends on the targeted and wise use of artifacts, referable to objects, tools, variegated devices whose function is to mediate, make visible and somehow convey representations and knowledge related to knowledge, habits, expectations, norms, reference values
