[Autom. eng. transl.] After a 2013 affected by a recovery in demand and a limited capacity of the offer, above all by the producers of Oceania, to cope with it, raising world prices to the upside, and a 2014 held in the wake of the previous year but with first signs of inversion, 2015 is characterized by a rapid collapse of the lists and a clear market crisis, highlighted in Europe by the recovery of inter-wind measures for the high levels reached by stocks: public stocks have registered levels that were not recorded since time. The reasons for this recent crisis are different: from the Russian crisis to the expanding production in all continents; its repercussions were felt also during 2016, but in the second part of the year there were signs of improvement.
