Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] According to still provisional data, 2020 has led to a recovery in world milk production, after the slowdown in 2019, since, despite the slowdown in India and Pakistan, there have been several countries in significant growth
in Europe (Russia and Belarus), Asia (China and Turkey) and America (USA and Argentina). In Europe, production growth was particularly fueled by the countries of its eastern part, mainly driven by export demand and despite the crisis in consumption of drinking milk.
