Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay, opened by the commentary on the constitutional discipline relating to professional training and elevation (article 35, paragraph 2 of the Constitution), reconstructs the evolution of the ordinary legislation in matter and the perspectives that are opened in the light of the most recent provisions.
