Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The aim of the essay is to analyze the reasons for the survival of the crime of adultery in the post-unification penal code (in the face of an attitude of the predominantly abolitionist penal doctrine), represented by the prevailing pressures of public opinion, in the sense of maintaining the penalty.
