Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The results of the monitoring of good practices, the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, the analysis of the offer of study and training plans and the planning of training are the elements through which it was possible to arrive at the proposal of Lines Guide to promote and support integrated networks between schools and public or third sector subjects, able to promote and manage places of integration. The present Guidelines want to offer a contribution to regional decision makers and to those who work with coordination and support functions at the level of the USP and the local coordinating realities, so that it is possible to: - Support the partnerships that have proved effective in achieving the integrative objectives and improve performance; - Promote local networks that struggle to converge in common and shared actions; - Promote and support educational opportunities for school managers with the aim of spreading a network perspective to face the problems of encounter between cultures; - Promote and support training projects for teachers who are now placed in schools with significant multi-ethnic and multi-cultural presence; - Develop promotion and support centers (of which some experiences are already active in the Lombardy region) for schools and for territorial realities that are involved in projects in the intercultural field and to further expand the action where it is not yet present
