Abstract
The volume develops a comprehensive reflection about the quality of services for children starting from the action research carried out in childhood services of the FISM (Italian Childhood Services Federation) in Parma province. In full compliance with the national guidelines and suggestions made by the international literature on the subject, the text offers practical tools useful for the construction of quality courses on the design and evaluation of care spaces affective, physical and symbolic, to the conditions and learning contexts.
