Abstract

The text provides a set of guidelines, tailored on the specificities of corporate crime and corporate violence victims, as well as of the Italian legal system, for the individual assessment of victims' needs, in general and with specific respect to protection against secondary and repeat victimization, intimidation and retaliation, as requested by Art. 22 of Directive 2012/29/EU establishing minimum standards on the rights, support and protection of victims of crime. The document is one of the outputs of an international research project on 'Victims and Corporations'.
