Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The sentence of the Dean of the Rota, Msgr. Antonio Stankiewicz, reiterates that the indissolubility of marriage, understood as the impossibility to terminate the effect produced by the exchange of consent and therefore to dissolve the marital relationship once this is (validly) arisen, is a natural property of marriage.
