Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The pronunciation analyzes the issue of the compensation of non-pecuniary damage deriving from the violation of informed consent in the medical field, implicitly arriving to affirm a possibility of restoration in re ipsa and, therefore, also in the absence of allegation of the damage itself.
