Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Globalization and corporate social responsibility. The author analyzes the most recent changes and outlines the institutional context in the process of formation which succeeds in orienting the behavior of the company in the direction of a wider responsibility. The attempt is to fill the regulatory gap caused by the absence of a unitary political order capable of setting the rules in the globalized world. The author illustrates the main challenges and opportunities connected to the socio-environmental sphere that the company faces as a result of globalization.
