The challenge of ecological transition, and the emergence of unprecedented professions, as a factor of competitive development is today, in fact, at the center of the debate on social responsibility that concerns all economic actors, and first of all business realities. \ r\ n In the essays that make up the volume, scholars of different disciplinary backgrounds trace original heuristic paths, take up some topics discussed at the conference The Enterprise of Transition, held at the Milan headquarters of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart on 14 March 2023, documenting the dialogue established between lovers of pedagogical and economic, socio-political, agrarian and physico-natural sciences, starting from 2016.
