Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The main objective of this study is to analyze second generation entrepreneurship. In this chance we are referring, therefore, to "entrepreneurs by opportunity". Following the model of Dheer (2018), and employing a qualitative research method based on case studies with semi-structured interviews, we will try to light on the main drivers (antecedents) and effects (on integration processes) of Chinese entrepreneurship in the food sector in Milan and Lombardy. In doing so, we aim to contribute to the literature by analyzing how Second generation foreign entrepreneurs are able to innovate traditional business models in order to not only evolve their business activity, but also to produce positive effects on the host society.
