Abstract
This article reconstructs the implementation of the Reddito di
cittadinanza to identify the criticalities that emerge in the various
steps of its implementation, from the submission of applications to
the implementation of insertion and inclusion projects. The criticalities
derive both from the institutional design of the measure and from
contextual factors: territorial differences in the availability of services
and job opportunities, local political-administrative subcultures. The
article indicates some areas on which to intervene to overcome the limits
that have emerged
