Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution analyzes the jurisprudence of the Court of Strasbourg regarding the impartiality of the judge, in relation, respectively, to his previous participation in a trial concerning the same fact and to the conditioning deriving from knowledge of news published in the media, identifying some gaps of protection in the internal discipline
