Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article addresses the issue of South American migrations in Italy with a specific focus on the female component. It offers a quantitative and qualitative picture of the phenomenon and, starting from this, it proposes some considerations in relation to the incidence of gender on the level and the processes of integration of South American women in the Peninsula.
