Translated title of the contribution: [Autom. eng. transl.] The image of the defeated in Roman coinage

Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution proposes a History Learning Unit for the first bienno, based on the interpretation of the won as it appears in the subjects imprinted on the Roman coinage. Before tackling the case study, some general indications are given on coin images and their function. The UDA concludes with a practical activity, which allows students to apply what has been illustrated in the lessons to other numismatic material provided by the teacher.
