Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay analyzes the relationship between the concepts of limit, transgression and responsibility, in the jurist's perspective, in an ideal comparison between the ancient tragedy and its modern rewrites. The analysis focuses in particular on the Oreste trilogy by Aeschylus and on Sophocles' Antigone, as well as on their modern reinterpretations, by authors such as Brecht, Beckett, Pasolini.
