Abstract
Organizational well being is an important theme, not only for the work organization, but also for schools.ICF (International Classification of Functiong) can be a tool that can help school to promove organizational well being. In order to promote it the schools need to consider 4 aspects: organizational weel being, contestual, cultural and relational.
