Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The study deals with the issue of sexual freedom, highlighting the problems of its criminal protection. After having illustrated the indications coming from the international panorama, the Author submits to a careful and in-depth analysis the terms of the debate about the introduction of a legislative reform of sexual crimes, underlining the centrality of the requirement of the will of the passive subject for the purposes of existence of the crime.
