Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Marriage religious freedom runs the risk of being increasingly compromised. An interpretation, especially jurisprudential, substantially neo-jurisdictionalist, has restricted the sovereignty of the Catholic Church to such a small area that we have to ask ourselves whether it still makes sense to talk about religious freedom as an expression of religious freedom. If so, the guarantee of matrimonial freedom must find other channels. Referral to personal statutes would make it possible to give direct relevance in the state order to religious marriage, celebrated in one or another cult, without the need for transcription.
