Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Religious freedom applied to labor relations implies the establishment of limits to the exercise of employer powers inspired by anti-discrimination law, taking into account the religious and personal convictions of workers; which has implications on non-secondary aspects of human resource management, such as the styles of clothing required, feeding in company canteens, and others; as well as on fundamental aspects such as respect for freedom of conscience when the religious prohibition or command conflicts with the contractual obligation of work origin.
