Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Knowledge management in organizations of various kinds is essential for strategic planning and for having a competitive advantage. A complex and expensive process that Artificial Intelligence has made more accessible and efficient but not without some potential downsides, such as the risk of false information, distorted algorithms and opaque AI models. These are challenges that must be addressed with precise strategies: only in this way will organizations be able to maximize the benefits of AI in knowledge management, while minimizing potential damage.
