Abstract
The essay reconstructs the regulatory framework in which insurance advice emerging from the IDD is placed and investigates the reciprocal qualification of insurance advice and insurance distribution, the organizational dimension assumed by insurance advice, and the content of the advice, with particular reference to its assessment in the case of non-life products.
