Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution traces the evolution of the strategies of prevention and contrast of the corruption phenomena that we have witnessed in our legal system in the last decade, emphasizing the importance of an "integrated" approach, in which, abandoning the populist logic underlying the "criminal law of 'emergency' and in compliance with the principle of extrema ratio, administrative safeguards are increased and strengthened, while promoting a profound cultural transformation based on transparency, legality and trust in institutions.
