Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The reflection that is made dwells in particular on the following themes: confusion generated by the hybridization of the European construction between community, intergovernmental and federal / confederal methods; need for diversification and strengthening of investments in institutional and social capital; Court of Justice as a fundamental pillar of federal Europe; institutional and economic advantages deriving from the adoption of a common defense scheme and a common Ministry of Economy; need to achieve a unique architecture between ESM and ECB to re-launch the aggregate investments functional to the construction of a fully solidarity-based Eurodemocracy.
